The sky starts its nightly sunset ritual. It sends fiery red and orange energy up into what once was white clouds turning them into dark gray clouds. As the new sky casts its spell upon the city, the city becomes dark. Night has fallen.

There is another source of energy. And, it is generating electricity and light for some of the city buildings. The tallest building of the city, though, produces no light. As a matter of fact, the only thing that makes it stand out is its height. The buildings that have light are predominantly those that are smaller. The outline of their structure has become a blend into the darkness. However, by their lights, they make it possible for others to make out this silhouette as a city and not a mountain on the horizon.
